Pull in Dan comes right over asks a few questions sends me to the waiting room and the car goes right in. A few minutes later he send me the video and comes out and reviews what’s needed , no pressure and I tell him what I want done and next thing you know the car is serviced, washed and I am on my way !

Many years ago under previous ownership I had a pretty rough experience. Since being taken over by Mastria there has been a very transition to customer care and satisfaction. From service to sales and everywhere in between, there is a common goal to not just sell cars, but to help shoppers find the right car. Originally trying some used cars on the lot, the entire sales team was engaged in brainstorming which makes/models I could try. Josh and Greg's genuine interest in my search is what made me come back and try again, finally ending a weeks long search. Communication was easy and the whole process was great in an industry that is notoriously difficult.
