Many years ago under previous ownership I had a pretty rough experience. Since being taken over by Mastria there has been a very transition to customer care and satisfaction. From service to sales and everywhere in between, there is a common goal to not just sell cars, but to help shoppers find the right car. Originally trying some used cars on the lot, the entire sales team was engaged in brainstorming which makes/models I could try. Josh and Greg's genuine interest in my search is what made me come back and try again, finally ending a weeks long search. Communication was easy and the whole process was great in an industry that is notoriously difficult.

Derek was extremely helpful in making sure we found the best vehicle that met our criteria. He sold us a 2024 VW Atlas. He presented multiple options and found a perfect fit for us. Him and Greg were willing to work with us on a price that was competitive. Derek took a lot of time to explain all of the ins and outs of the vehicle

My experience with Mastria Volkswagen specifically Derrick was 100/10. Derrick was patient, knowledgeable and friendly and I never felt pressured. I was ending a lease with Nissan and the experience with them was nothing compared to working with Derrick and the rest of the team over at Mastria Volkswagen in Raynham. I originally went to test drive the Tiguan, but ended up going with an Atlas Cross Sport. I have trouble making decisions & Derrick answered my millions of questions while at the dealership and throughout the process and I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision. They were even able to get the deal done in one day where I paid a deposit on a Friday night and came in on Monday spent a few hours and was out the door with my new car. The other thing I want to mention while I’m here is that the dealership is very clean which makes me not dread having to go in for routine maintenance. I recently purchased a car from Mastria Volkswagen and I couldn't be happier with my experience. It was a pleasure to work with both Greg Wasden and Derek Welch. They were thorough and transparent, without being pushy. Derek spent a lot of time reviewing the features and benefits of the vehicle during the test drive. Greg did the same during the vehicle delivery. Both Derek and Greg were very patient with answering all of my questions. Derek even spent time finalizing the deal on his day off. The finance manager also explained everything very clearly, triple checking all terms of the deal, and making sure I felt 100% comfortable. Overall, the entire process was smooth and enjoyable, and I feel very confident in my decision. I highly recommend Mastria to anyone looking to buy a VW.
