Scheduling a test drive that was convienient for me was an easy first step. I think worked with both Greg, a manager, and Derek, a salesperson when I got to the dealership. They were both friendly, relaxed and attentive. After deciding to move forward with my purchase, we hit an unexpected snag. The dealership had JUST gotten the car in stock and the title was supposed to be on its way, but the previous owner was having a hard time parting with it. Derek and his managers worked tirelessly to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and kept me well-informed along the way; they rose above an unexpected situation to make this process as smooth and easy as possible. There was no pressure on me throughout this process, but there was a great deal of support and authentic kindness.This continued in my appt with the business manager, Mark, as well - making the usually very stressful process of financing a car purchase quite pleasant! On top of all that, I love my new car!

He helped me test drive and explain the features of every car that fit my every day needs. Committing to a car is overwhelming enough. There were times, I would see a really nice looking car and Hilton would remind me that it didn't have a feature I requested earlier but that it could be added on to new cars or if it were a used car he would give me the pros and cons. This high level of integrity and respect really won my business. I would consider Mastria again for when my teens are able to drive. Thank you Olivia for making the exiting process smooth. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Derek Walsh at Mastria Volkswagen absolutely deserves one.
